How long does the installation take? ▼

A typical installation is complete within 4 hours. We would need somebody present at the property during the entire installation, and would need to isolate your property's power supply for up to 30 minutes towards the end of the installation.

Do I need a driveway to have an EV Charger at home? ▼

Provided you have a dedicated off-street parking space within the curtilage of your property, you are able to have an EV Charge Point installed at your home. If not, a member of our team can conduct an assessment of your property to determine the best solution.

I have already purchased an EV Charge Point myself. Can you install it? ▼

Yes, we offer an installation-only service, as well as supply and install. Fill out your details and we will be in touch.

What installation certificates will I receive? ▼

We will issue an Electrical Installation Certificate under the NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme, and notify your installation to both Building Control and the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) as required.

Are all of your installers UK qualified electricians? ▼

Yes, every installation we undertake is carried out by a professional, fully insured electrician, with additional bespoke training in the installation of EV Charge Points.

Will I receive a warranty with my installation? ▼

Yes, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty (typically 3 years, but varies by manufacturer), we offer a 12-month warranty on our parts and labour on all of our installations.

Are there government grants available to help with the installation cost? ▼

Yes, in certain circumstances there are grants of up to £350 available for domestic installations. We are OZEV approved installers and can help you to claim the grant where applicable. Speak to the team about your eligibility.
